The speculation is the issue here. You say "evidence is mounting", but I don't see this to be the case. In the article you quotes, the evidence is that "some doctors think" but even then, the article concludes that

Just a note: This includes hospitals that do not have intensive care units or that does not take Covid patients at all. For example, I found a "clinic" for neurodiagnostic that has zero patients and is "fully utilized".

I am surprised about the notion given that "speed doesn't matter". I think it does, even if you have access to powerful workstations to develop on, and server to run it. I think that this one of the biggest downsides to Pytho

What is being taught about the CCP and Xi to children all over the world is very relevant to the CCP. See their push into universities.

While in theory you are right, there is a distinction. GDPR makes business more difficult, but it codifies a human right to privacy that, much like worker safety, should have been implemented anyway. The present regulation does the opposite

Here in Germany, we still had those clubs in our school gymnasium. I have never seen them used, and somehow assumed they were for bowling or something silly like that. But it's interesting that they never really went away! It's no

Like I said, it's not about retroactively deciding they should have ramped up production in hopes of future payoffs. This is about a constitutional issue: At this moment (or rather last week), Roche was using a "legal" loopho

Well here the issue is that Roche has been compensated as the orders are in. Roche just does not seek to fulfill them in a timely manner. Which is also a strategic decision of production and inventory. Given that any production ramp up woul

Interestingly I had trouble using Spacy as it requires an internet connection to AWS to load their models and therefore work. This was blocked by deep packet inspection in my use case. I looked a bit for a workaround but finally decided to

Pearls model based causality is from a set up the same as structural econometric models of the economists. Here, economists largely care about identification and partial identification (check work by Manski), which is at the same time relat
