Lots of comments saying it's impractical but there are already several companies working on hydrogen (both gas and liquid) powered designs. Airbus/Delta and ZeroAvia/Alaska for example. https://www.airbus.com/

You probably considered this, but most wooden chopsticks are also heavily lacquered or otherwise sealed. I would assume the porousness is dependent on said sealant.

> hygenic, reusable, durable, looks nice Metal is probably a little more durable, but wooden chopsticks are plenty durable as well as hygienic and look great. Wooden chopsticks are also easier to use and don't transfer heat. Calling

Mine (2017) is still going strong. My only complaints are the lack of a video-out thunderbolt port and the relatively week camera. I find it plenty snappy and not at all 'crushingly slow', but then again I'm not compiling on

I've been using ulauncher lately — https://ulauncher.io/ Though I'd like to find one that centers properly under Wayland. I'll have to dig into this list.

No. Charcoal is preferred. Gas is for cheap bbq places, so it makes sense they would swap to an analogous cheap energy source.

The city center can be gnarly for sure, but everywhere else is quite nice. Not sure how you could describe any neighborhood on the West side of the city as a "hellscape" for example.

The large and very visible homeless and vagrant population is the biggest issue. There may be a relationship to the housing shortage, but I have a hard timing believing if rents were 50% cheaper, these people wouldn't still be on the s

I think its valuable to point out the author is likely being paid by a libertarian think tank that exists exclusively to publish and promote critical stories about COVID countermeasures. For contributing authors, the thesis that the COVID r

Looks like the author is a contributor to this: https://brownstone.org/ which was founded to be critical of the global COVID response and generally push anti-vaxx theories.

For posterity, I'll mention there is also The Economist Espresso for those of us who prefer a daily dose. It's a concise summary of the events of the day and entirely void of polemic. I will have to try this weekly approach.

It's hard for me to even know if Netflix has anything I'd like to watch these days. They've stripped back the browsing features so far, it's hard filter through all the trash, and I wind up just giving up.

My friend swears by his mostly open air case, albeit somewhat more traditionally shaped. A couple of notes from his setup: 1) It has a glass panel on the largest side side, but is open on the other sides. This prevents a lot of obvious fail

Short aside: any tips for becoming a trackpoint user? I find it much more comfortable than the trackpad, but my curosr always seems so slow when it's not going way too fast. Is there special software tweaking I need? EDIT: I forgot to

Fractional scaling is solid on Wayland in my experience. The main issue is not all desktop software has been updated to be friendly with Wayland yet—Electron being a notable offender. For these apps, there's often configuration options

Murakami's work is chock full of western media references. It's like his _thing_. At first I found it lazy and pretentious à la Sorkin, but with some distance I see it is generally pretty well done, so credit where credit is due I

Often the expressiveness of the type system captures info you'd have to stuff in the name in something like Java or python or at least they just want to emphasize the types over the names. Not always the case though.

Some locations might not carry the ham biscuit. In such a case, the ham biscuits 'available' serves as advertisement in a sense. This is an overloading of the function of course, but perhaps a useful one.
