   Strangely reading about high achievers having had a difficult childhood and how it might have actually "enabled" them to achieve what they did, is soothing in a way. It's nice to think of your own scars as a thing that helps

   I did the same 2 years ago. Used to make every notebook about a certain topic/theme and with a certain structure/style. It held my notes back so much... The solution was just to write anything in any way I wanted to in that momen

   Congrats! I've been considering this particular one too for some time... Wondering sometimes if I want to do this for "my career" or if it's really just for myself.
