The copypasta makes a good point but is just over the top about it. However what they call emo I've always called "emocore" which is, of course, the source of the word. Emocore as a word was invented when the DC scene began d

I think everyone has different tastes and making a catered list is neat, but probably only going to work for some people. And people have some pretty weird tastes. For example, I've been listening to the original Resident Evil 3: Nemes

Ask most people in SF or Oakland and they'll probably think SJ is not part of the bay area. Lol. Mostly joking, but I grew up in the Bay Area and live in SJ so it's not actually that uncommon to hear, especially from new folks to

I wish we could do the opposite because every time I listen to the cool music I discovered in high school I'm unfortunately teleported back to all the emotional distraught of those years.

Same here. I've worked for mostly Mac or Windows shops, so I'm the Linux expert just cause that's what I've preferred. I've tried a few different setups, but I'm basically an Ubuntu/Gnome3 Linux casual. It

Maybe it was all part of the golden age and people just remember the specific year that they started using it? 20 years of a free internet for the masses was not a very long period of time.

Exactly my point. Facebook's APIs were not designed for CA's style of scraping, but they took advantage of it anyway. You can try limiting access to data but infiltrators will find a way to abuse it anyway.
