Protip: Add Cloudflare (CDN) to provide caching and https for the api. Makes it faster, reduces traffic on the endpoints, and makes them secure. Also try to host it as a lambda function.

The difference is one doesn't have a choice in paying taxes i.e. one is obligated to pay them. If one doesn't pay, one loses their house.

The high interest rate is for the high risk. If anyone who could qualify for a lower interest rate, wouldn't go and borrow at the higher interest rate.
