We can see a common sentiment by developers on this thread that they mostly test on Chrome, because that's where users are. I don't think it's likely many developers put in the effort for making the experience of using Firefo

Would you mind spelling the difference a bit more clearly? The comment chain has another comment that the browsers developers actually develop for a specific browser (usually Chrome because larger userbase), and this choice developers make

I think that was the case, but I remember hearing that GTK4 has made accessibility a priority and introduced some kind of system similar to what ARIA is on the web. Not sure if those accessibility plans were fully realised though.

I'm surprised to see you downvoted because I absolutely agree. It seems like a common-sense opinion that C# and Typescript are unnecessarily verbose in comparison to F#. (I don't know Clojure so can't compare.)

I don't think that's a fair comparison. Someone yelling outside a theatre would be causing an active nuisance and provoking people. What's the worst this unaggressively-worded and unintended (unintended by those who deployed

Aplogies for the lack of clarity on my part. The other two sibling comments are right about what I meant. I don't think a language model has empathy, but I think this suggestion can be good for the potential real-world consequences it

The React Flow library has free documentation, but more extensive tutorials on how to use their library are part of their paid offering. (More about their model here: https://reactflow.dev/blog/asking-for-money-for-open

If you want to override behaviour, why not just define a sum type wrapping other objects, a master function that matches on different cases, and then smaller functions that decide on what to do for each case? That seems fine to me. Like thi

Not a fan of XAML after trying to get into it, but there is Uno Platform. It wraps native widgets on mobile, just like React Native (which is good for accessibility), and uses C#. https://platform.uno/ My guess is that it&#

Is F# not easy? You're just writing functions and there's low syntactic (curly braces, defining classes, etc.) overhead which means a high signal-to-noise ratio. I think it might be a little more complicated than Python (because o

I can understand that point of view. It seems likely that UI-as-code variants (like Flutter and Elm) are more imperative (even if they have a declarative API) than separate markup languages like HTML and XAML since you have the ful power of
