I'm not sure it is clear what fee-based means in the article. There are some that get a commission based on the products that they sell. In other words, the mutual fund that they use they might get a cut of. A fee-only adviser is one w

And the other side of the coin is that being too focused on documenting all of your code usually ends up with lots of out of date and confusing documentation over time.

I agree, but there is also news about how Tesla's automatic braking features saved people from getting into collisions. I would think that might counteract some of the negative news. See this one from six months ago: https://

On the other hand, if you know that the technology is not completely infallible, but better than humans in a general sense and will save lives by releasing it, wouldn't you be morally obligated to do so? Wouldn't holding it back

Perhaps cars will be smaller? If people choose to take the cheapest available self-driving taxi, which happens to be the smallest car that will fit their need, cars may end up smaller and less space will be taken up by vehicles on the roads

I wonder how much having to be globally competitive affects the income growth? Non-skilled factory labor is the easiest thing to move to a different country. The 1990s-now were huge for pulling the lowest of the low out of poverty around th
