As a US native, this a thousand times. When I started doing meal prep for an exercise program, and really loading things up with protein, I was surprised at just how little I needed to eat throughout the day to feel satiated and energized

And of course, remember that robots.txt is only a signal to benevolent bots which respect it. If you have secrets to keep, don't put them online in the first place.

I do this sometimes with a single song, but I've found much more success with entire soundtracks from video games, especially Nintendo games, though mostly for nostalgia reasons. The different songs add just enough variety that I don&#

I pulled this off too, but the main criteria (and this is NOT a given) was finally landing a job with a consistent schedule. It was not even remotely possible working retail before that, with shifts that varied by day, by week, by whomever

I wonder if there'd be any value in a search engine that recognized popular third-party ad networks and simply did not add to its index any page which includes them. (Or, at least, provided users an option to filter those results out.)

You can also just run the Developer release, which is mostly meant for authoring new extensions, but does respect the about:config flag to disable signature checking. Mozilla is in a tough spot as a browser vendor, since a sizable portion o
