to be clear though notifications do the decryption on device themselves. signal uses apple/play services only to notify the device that there has been a message, none of the contents are delivered over these services. if you cant trust

These people includes pretty much every politician. I personally do have an X account and I do use X, but I completely understand why someone would want to read what their politicians are saying without wanting to create an account anywhere

why? in jpeg xl i get an image quicker and i can see it getting better, so i know it's still loading while the avif one looks stuck for the majority of the time, which makes it look already done loading and just low quality to me.

yeah like i do find apple software is now full of ads, bugs and often feels very unpolished. but i also think they have recently increased complexity in a bunch of places and i like that a lot haha... like being able to customize your homes

I kind of get what everyone here is saying, but in my experience i love passkeys and use them for everything as much as possible. I especially love the qr code feature where you can login with a passkey that is only on your phone on another

Okay but this is just not true here. VSCode always first asks you if you trust the author of this code and if not gives you the option to open the directory in restricted mode

vscode explicitly warns you when you open a directory and gives you the choice to open it in restricted mode without all the integrations. it's not zero click at all.
