It makes sense to criticize rich countries for not distributing more vaccines to poorer ones. It makes no sense to claim that the crisis will be ‘prolonged’ unless you can define an endpoint. I am not aware that the WHO has defined an endpo

At some point I am guessing that having Facebook on one’s resume will be seen as a negative too.

This isn’t true. You posted “it’s still coming”, and only added the quote later after my reply.

> it was a defacto paramilitary arm Which means it wasn’t ever a paramilitary arm of the state. You just want to pretend it was because that way you can act as if the KKK and the state were part of the same thing, which they never wer

Seems pretty likely that these drones are operated by another branch of the US armed forces.

What if there was no copyright material associated with the listing? If you don’t actually present an image of a Disney character on the site, there is nothing preventing an NFT referring to one.

You are right that it was the point. It was simply a bad goal. Sun hoped it would allow people to migrate to their hardware, when instead it enabled them to migrate away, or to never have to choose.

That’s a fair comment. That having been said, most of what I’m relying to is straight up dishonesty that HN has no way to police and also ‘destroys what it is for’. But I agree - I should stay away from this stuff.

The KKK was not a paramilitary arm of the state. To claim it was is a lie. The KKK was a terrorist organization bent on violently oppressing Black Americans. It was never part of the state.
