Wow, cool to see you post this. I had the pleasure of playing with him in that video! Many others have said it, but he was a joy to be around and always kind and generous.

No problem! Have you commonly come across all these variations? I have seen a couple different things but my experience working in objective-c written by others has been limited, so my impression was that the above was more widely accepted.

I'm surprised that he provides five versions of the method definition syntax and none of them are what Apple does and what I consider to be the standard: - (void)doSomethingWithParameter:(NSString *)parameter;

To be more precise, my understanding is that it's not gross income, but net profit. So, expenses are not taxed. Also, 92.35% of that profit is taxable, and as dragon writer said you stop paying FICA at $113,700 and then you play only 2

One of the drummer demos is very reminiscent of "A Sorta Fairytale" by Tori Amos: http://cl.ly/163g410m402w Just a tad faster and the kick is more busy, but very much the same feel.

I think their app isn't handling orientation changes properly. I signed out and tried it again and I can consistently reproduce the bug. If I am signed out, the app will never launch in landscape orientation. If I am already in landscape or

Not a great first experience on the iPad for me. 1. Launch app in landscape. Oh, I guess they don't support landscape orientation for signing it. That's annoying. 2. Change orientation to portrait and sign in. 3. A dialog requesting to send

I did read it, and I see no evidence that they are holding on to the cash. Dwolla was trying to verify his information at this morning at 11 am. His business partner transferred money through Dwolla, so of course that's where it is right

by zefhous 13y ago
What a poorly written and immature article! Calling Dwolla "a bunch of clowns" because you couldn't get your account verified right away is just ridiculous. It's also ridiculous to claim to "understand the whole fraud aspect" and then imply

I'm not saying the tax credits won't die out, but it's unfortunate that they will. I've seen some people saying that these subsidies are unfair, but the US government heavily subsidizes gas too. Some very rough calculations put the average

That's odd. With my configuration I can use ; with t and it will skip over an occurrence of the target if it is the next character, like it seems you expect it to behave. I don't know if this has been fixed/improved in Vim itself or by some

by zefhous 14y ago
Another built-in solution to the problem of mismatches when using the jump commands (f, t, F, T) is the use of ; and , Semicolon will repeat the last jump command, and comma will repeat it in the opposite direction. I find this very useful
