"controlled demolition"? Yes, very controlled, especially when we see outright admission by their officials that they're after "damage, not accuracy". Indiscriminate shelling and bombing is very obvious and has been

We see accounts on twitter openly call for genocide on the Palestinians, to turn Gaza into a parking lot, posts comparing the Palestinians to rats (classic genocide 101, and sadly ironic given what happened in WWII germany), and utter dehum

No OP, but for example you still see the C# folks still struggling to add discriminated unions to the language because of complex interactions due to its too many features[1]. Virtual threads are easier to use than async/await is anoth

Java's interfaces are nominal. What you're describing is called structural interfaces, and they exist in other languages like Scala.

It lacks modeling capability that you'd find even in languages like Java and C#. Enums, records, pattern matching, switch expressions, and yes even inheritance where it makes sense.

Fortunately, Java has virtual threads now, with structured concurrency in the works, making it superior to golang's approach.

In what's happening today, it's not hard to identify who is killing tens of thousands of civilians indiscriminately.

The Israelis admitted that they are fighting "human animals" (remember who else used dehumanization tactics in WWII?), and that their goal was "damage, not accuracy".

Just as there was no clear evidence that Shireen Abu Akleh was killed by israeli snipers before they admitted it many months down the line? There are countless videos and accounts of unarmed old men and young boys being sniped by them.

Israel deliberately cut off power, water, and all crossings into Gaza for delivering food and aid. Even worse than what Russia did to the power plants. Literal collective punishment, another war crime to add to their list.
