Cacao powder is powdered raw cacao beans. Cocoa powder is post some processing before it makes into chocolate. One, of many, articles describing the difference: https://www.forbes.com/health/body/cacao-vs-cocoa&#x2

If so, isn’t consuming Cacao powder a better option than consuming Cocoa powder or chocolate?

I use a popcorn maker (air popper) to roast coffee and do it in our yard. No one complains about smoke or the chaff.

Is your yogurt culture just this bacteria or did you start with regular yogurt culture and added this?
726.
by yumraj 4y ago
This is seriously awesome. We make yogurt at home anyway, so it is very easy to introduce this. I’m assuming we can just add this to our culture and not make yogurt using just this, but I guess that will require some experimentation.

Since it’s a Lactobacillus, I wonder if you can take the supplements and introduce it in home made yogurt? Then just consume the yogurt regularly. Not sure if anyone has ever tried anything like that..

> Of course, for many people today kids sharing a bedroom is tantamount to child abuse. Well, then they should not be looking for affordable (as in subsidized by other taxpayers) housing, no?
729.
by yumraj 4y ago
For the record, I was referring to 3-4 bedroom, and not 1-2 bedrooms. If one is looking for subsidized housing, isn't kids sharing room a reasonable compromise? Regarding 3-4 bedroom, yes for most of the world they will be luxury.
730.
by yumraj 4y ago
It can be a matter of perspective. I go by the necessity -> comfort -> luxury scale. Where, necessity = roof over head. Comfort = a warm, safe place with simple amenities, people sharing bedroom and so on. So, for me, Luxury = anythin

Personally, I’d compromise on the storage but go higher on the RAM. My reason for that is that these are sealed machines, and so with less RAM even if I don’t notice a performance issue due to fast SSD, there’ll be lot more paging and swap

by yumraj 4y ago
Exactly. In fact hybrid is easier on the ICE since it takes a lot of load while starting the car and during acceleration. So, they, IMHO, have longer life than just ICE cars.

I too have a free CF account, but I pay them to register my domains. Hence I used "paid product". I don't use other CF features and am using them just for registration purposes.

by yumraj 4y ago
Oh for F's sake.. I had moved my domains from Google to CF sometime ago, assuming my emails etc. are protected, and now this. Honest question: What is a good registrar? I used to use Namecheap in the past and have nothing against them.

Yes, I know Apple prices are highly inflated. I was using it to highlight the unreasonable-ness, IMHO of course, of the above request.
747.
by yumraj 4y ago
To put things into perspective, Apple charges $400 to upgrade from $16GB to $32GB. So I’ll say that expecting 32GB RAM in a $1K laptop is a little too unrealistic.

I was just thinking about this today. Given the very low interest rates in 21-22 and high prices, a certain percentage of folks would have purchased with a convertible mortgage. Assuming the standard 5-1 and the fact that rates are rising v
