There are more than enough people out there that want to just play games or do research. Miners are only making nvidia look worse. Their core demographic is getting disenchanted because what good is a great cheap graphic card, if you can ne

> Isn’t HTML supposed to be responsible for the structure of a webpage? If by structure you mean things like hbox/vbox then no, html is not supposed to do that. HTML should only represent the semantic structure.

Yeah, no. Until the standards give us more fonts with better metrics (like a guarantee that a default sans, serif and fixed-width fonts come from the same family), the default fonts will look quite crummy. I wish there was some font cache t

I liked the way Brent Simmons put it: since debugging is 10 times harder than writing code, write the code as you were 10 times dumber, otherwise you will not be able to fix it.

The tag will beep after 3 days, then you can tap it with any nfc enabled phone to get the owners contact information, or more probably, throw it in the trash.

But the original SO question does not imply that they want to solve a more complex problem. The SO asker explicitly asked for opinions, so that’s what they got. However, I absolutely think it is the right choice to choose simpler tools to s

With streaming, what does make a genre more or less appreciated by a group of people? TBH for most of the artists I listen to, I have no idea who they are, how they look like or even how many of them are in the band.
