I don't have any extensive knowledge of the situation, but it seems to me, in the modern world, the only governments NOT using software to spy on political opponents are governments that aren't competent enough. The only ones that

It seems Russia is being quickly pushed out of the super powers club. While I'd love Russia to not be a super power anymore, I do worry about the chaos that might result from Russia desperately trying to cling to relevance, and I also

As it turns out, satire is a tool often used for propaganda. And I didn't say I disagree with the point they wanted to make. It just seems like a point made so poorly it was painful to watch.

I just watched Don't Look Up on Netflix and the propaganda was so thick it actually made the whole movie painful to watch. I suppose it's naive to think that old movies are propaganda-free. But I find myself missing the narratives

I'm 34, I used alcohol for "fun" from 19 to 29. Ended up quitting because of mental health issues. I went through a rough year after quitting, lost most of the friends I had, and started over. Now, all of my friends do other

While I share his sentiments, I don't think his approach is going to convince anyone to get vaccinated. He seems to be playing politics by forcing his opponents to take the far less popular anti-vax side before upcoming elections. It&#

Since 2018, I've been traveling with a 45L GoRuck GR3 and a small backpack for my laptop. I fly carry-on only (1 bag, plus "personal item") and manage to cram a lot of useful stuff in very small space, including a lot of stuf
