The document you linked appears to be a request for a warrant, containing a third person account of an accusation. Has there been a trial, or any evidence presented in support of the accusation?
- betsydupuis 5y agoHe's already gone through docket. There's a pre-trial indictment hearing upcoming.
- yosito 5y agoI hope he gets a fair trial and that everyone involved receives justice. He's been accused of a serious crime, and that definitely calls for thourough investigation.
- betsydupuis 5y agoThe third person was the police officer that was called to the scene and took a statement from the victim. That's how police reports are written.
