I mean, it's hard to beat almost free. The phone was being unused, therefore it was free hardware for this project.

Excellent, I love it! It remind me of the quote from Blaise Pascale: "I would have written a shorter letter, but I did not have the time." — source: https://www.npr.org/sections/13.7/2014/02/03&

That is the sad part, your money is wasted. You guys pay roughly as much in welfare, but get a tenth of it back.

I understand your point of view. But in cities of all sizes, it's easier to not have to do that. For example in NYC, a medium size city, you can easily go do your shopping in multiple places, and not at the same time.

Why does everything needs to be economically viable?

Why? Because writing code is the only measure of quality when producing tools? What about Unit and Integration Tests, UX research, and Performance tests.

While I agree with your statement, I don't think judging one's way of working and using their computer was necessary.

I do love that feature. As a parent I'm part of multiple group chat for different things. And it's nice to have a single summary instead of reading 50+ unread messages.

Great job, I will give it a try. As I'm more interested for personal use, can it help me find the best WiFi channel to use for my network, as I live in a dense populated area?

In the article they clearly mentioned that Gemini model will be used for the Foundation Model running on device or their own Server. They are not sending Siri request to Google servers.

Different solutions for different needs. It's good for engineers and planners to have multiple solutions available that provide better fit to their prerogatives and needs. We don't need one solution to do it all. We need plural on

I completely agree, that's what I wanted to see. The goal of an HELLO WORLD is not to show it's printed, but the process of what everything is need to print HELLO WORLD. Every step, and every word and concept needs to be explained

From the protocol the community and organization needs to be defined by the source of the information. If not, then it cannot be shared without request from the source. They even have example for those situations.

I think it's awesome. I have way to many chargers, specially USB-C, 5, 10, 20, 35, 70, and 95W all over the house and office. If you need one, just shell the extra $100 that corresponds to your needs.

I'm totally opposed to this law. My comment was about the fact that the EU is imposing their view on EU countries, like we have no say on the matter. I emailed all my MEPs to oppose this proposal.

And who runs the EU? The MEPs and members of the countries government. It's not like it's a different country imposing their way onto us. Talk/contacts your ministers and MEPs if you want your voice to be represented.
