Knowingly?! Clearly every developer of an app breaking because of these packages had no idea their app is going to break, and clearly it was exactly the intention. They _were_ tricked. Can you not see a difference between this and between r

You're missing the point. NK/Iran aggressiveness isn't remotely similar to Lithuania letting Taiwan open an office. As for how real the threat is - I'm not an expert, and I don't know you calculate threat, but NK do

What? Yes, of course it is. Do you not see a difference between a nuclear threat to, well, agreeing to the opening of a Taiwanese office? In what world is this even similar?

If you like this, you might find my little Tmux plugin[0] useful - it's meant to make continuing your terminal work on-the-go as simple as possible: - you're in tmux - you do some keyboard shortcut - you're presented

I am co-founder of Zaraz. The description is there is actually old. Zaraz doesn't load the Facebook Pixel in the website at all. It loads it completely server side. It's very different from Segment, mostly because it essentially r

Could be that I've been using Linux on the desktop for a long time and so I've gotten used to things, but I don't relate at all with the "desktop Linux is in a terrible state" statement. It works great for me, it&#x

Agree. Who cares about the client implementation?! You sent me the data, I decide how to process and render it. Otherwise we can sue people for having a black and white screen, using a text-only browser, a custom stylesheet or even for clos

You should be able to run VSCode without XWayland using `--enable-features=UseOzonePlatform --ozone-platform=wayland`. HiDPI just works for me. Intel graphics, Sway.

That's not entirely accurate - TikTok does have a JS "pixel" implementation that website owners put on their site, mainly to track conversions. It's true that the use case makes it less popular than a like / share b

Fiat also enabled these things, but I can also buy bread with it and pay my school, and I believe that's how most people interact with it. The point is that cryptocurrencies are mostly used for the OP wrote above.

I loved the keyboard navigation. Alt+H opens Firefox's Help menu for me however. I wanted to try using it for a while, but then I wanted to comment here, and well, it seems like commenting still has to be done from the normal interface

There sounds great. I currently use Astroid that has some similar capabilities: searchability using notmuch, simple HTML rendering and Markdown composing. Would be interesting to compare the two!

You don't have to control what software is permitted to run: you can just ban changing USD to Bitcoin and vice versa. Stop the exchanges. Most people aren't mining their own coins anyway.
