GDI+ is available on .NET Core as Mono.Drawing, I think. Windows Forms is tied to a lot of Win32, though, so GDI+ alone isn't really enough.

Roslyn is the compiler. There's not much of a debugger in it, is there? I mean, I guess the debugger will use Roslyn to parse watch expressions and evaluate things in the Immediate Window, but beyond that I think debugging is handled b

Some cross-platform considerations have been built into it from the start, though. And there has been an official open-source implementation on a non-Windows platform. Perhaps more to show that it's possible than as an actual usable ar

For some workloads Mono seems awfully slow. The compiler I'm maintaining at work takes about twice as long on Mono on Windows and about four times as long as Mono on Linux compared to NET. I guess NET Core would be comparable or faster

Admittedly, the 160 was exaggerated. But as a German who does obey the speed limit, my experience seems to be that most drivers don't.

Admittedly, 160 was exaggerated. But on stretches where there's no speed limit and you suddenly get this 80 km/h along with Stau signs, people tend to still drive 120 if there's no visible congestion. Since those dynamic limi

Mostly the latter, in my experience. Germany has dynamic signage on several highways, but if the sign says 80 (even with a secondary sign notifying of traffic jams), most people will still drive 160 if it doesn't look congested yet.

You could still use a TreeSet which only requires ordering and equality, but not hashing. As a side note, though, your earlier example would not be comparable via Equals, as it violates transitivity. Which is also what makes it impossible t

Those maximum payloads are in expendable mode, though. SpaceX wants to reduce expendable launches as much as possible. For a reusable FH the numbers are substantially lower and the satellite might not have that much more mass to still fit.

From looking at the Github repository, it seems like the source images are SVG and the font might use either SVG or bitmaps, but not COLR/CPAL which would degrade nicely to black and white.
