When you're making a snarky retweet it should occur to you you're still using the internet. If you only planned to hop online to output headlines, that is what you do (hop on, hop off). Clickbait is getting a backlash.

So identity politics is when you try to make other people invalid. That's a more radical definition than the one(s) in wikipedia, thanks though.

I wouldn't ask about single words/concepts without wiki'ing first. It's when even wikipedia leaves me blank that I pray for the interpretation of a HNer (or stackexchanger etc). Wikipedia says identity politics is people

I read it in the "committed to an asylum" sense. And that it must be Tim Berners-Lee talking, until you see the source.

I absolutely appreciate your post for exposing the threadbare premise of the video.

TLDR: National identity is only as old as... nations themselves. Wow! The rest of the video constitutes a bait and switch (nationalism is bad mmkay).

You believe in responsibility, but the tenants (OP's hypothetical ones) have failed the responsibility that got them into their housing. At that point, to allow the tenants to stay is giving them the home freely.

Normal people don't rewrite "harassment" in a CoC as "reinforcing systemic oppression". (They might a few years from now) In fairness, FreeBSD say at the end they lifted material from another CoC (geekfeminism), alt

If the actual thing was summarized, it wouldn't be political. Instead it's sesame street time where we learn about systemic oppression.

It's a type of pride that I can barely remember having. I think as westerners we don't feel a threat to our country's reputation when outsiders are criticizing it, we trust that our country is perceived to be generally good n
