webtorrent builds on webrtc, which requires stun and ice servers. so you still send metadata to defined servers for connection handeling and most sadly you can't p2p in an offline LAN.

reace-create-app has predefined configs in packages which you can't edit unless you eject them (copy to your own project and update the links) but you won't get updates anymore.

its bad decision making. but to be fair dependency ci will add gitlab and bitbucket in the future. it still sucks that awesome tools like this are github first, git is a central tool and tools arround git should not depend on any hoster at
