The numbers indicate that the alcohol epidemic is an order of magnitude worse. Someone who believes they are equally bad is either minimizing the alcohol epidemic or inflating the gun epidemic.

It's true, you could also interpret the first amendment to mean that you have freedom of picking any religion you want, but you still have to pick a religion. That wouldn't make it reasonable, but you could.

If scale doesn't matter, then there is no difference between individual officers observing a person of interest and a city-wide network of traffic cameras observing that person. Hopefully you can now see why your objection is weak.
