Earlier today I poked around at the ArcGIS API they are calling from the flex app - is this what you're using? For my particular location there is one dot that is likely the one I'm waiting to have fixed, but it could be one of several surr

The tutorial fails to open with the Chrome FlashBlock extension. The button doesn't do anything, and I have no way to selectively enable (click to enable) flash on your page. It'd be best to pop up the overlay with the flash element enabled

You can turn that entirely off (I did as it's way more likely to be some celebrity than anything of interest to me) by going in to the "What's Hot" circle (choose it from the left side list of circles) and then adjusting the slider (at the

Android Market / Play solves this by letting you set a PIN that's required to make purchases (which does not include Free app installs). It seems like a good compromise.

Here's one I've played around with. http://colorfilter.wickline.org/ I'm not really clear on how it or color blindness in general works. So I don't know if finding the filter which makes the image unchanged for me (color-blind) is a good

That is only the case at short sighted stores that assume all customers are out to steal. The units themselves can be quite good - Wegmans has machines as quick as the ones I used to use when i worked as a cashier at a grocery store. As nea

Even before reading the article I thought this might be a Brother printer being discussed. Sure enough... I've had a three models of Brother laser printers, and each one did this. On each one I covered the window with tape and on each one I

It seems like it would be easy for them (or someone else) to make a module for the furnace end that buffers these pulses while supplying the 24V power through the existing wiring. Some relays and some timing logic to only close the circuit

I average somewhere between 1.5-3GB without any Netflix streaming and fairly light tethering to my laptop. I do a lot of audio streaming via Rdio, but otherwise I'm really not sure where the data's being consumed.

On the iPad version, at least, you often have to re-watch commercials because you rewind, or because the player bugged out and you had to close it and re-open it. It really is an inferior experience compared to Netflix.
