This is pretty cool — it basically means we can use Fastmail for transactional emails like "Thanks for signing up" kind of emails along with our regular old emails right? I've been using Mailgun for that as a separate thing;

This looks super neat and incredibly useful, but the pricing is an absolute non-starter. I'll definitely use more than the free tier, and the next paid tier is 3000 API requests for $300 per MONTH? Am I alone in thinking this is way to

this is pretty neat! Does this mean you can inject random React components into something like a Wordpress site?

I'd love for the new posts to appear side by side with the home page posts. I keep forgetting about them, but every time I go there I find interesting stuff. HOWEVER I don't think this means they need to (or even should) appear on

Why can't they treat this like academic / scientific work and create a funding body around grants that support OSS devs so they have more time and money to protect the software?

I love the case studies. This is a massive treasure trove of insights and I bet a lot of hard work! Incredible work. Thanks for making it all free, too! Curious: how are you making revenue on it — mainly the memberships?

This happens because of how Microsoft approaches product development and design. On many product teams, PMs end up doing not only the product design decisions but even designs much of the products themselves. This works for them because it

I really like SvelteKit's way of helping you create a similar BFF with their endpoints system. I still have my "real" backends, but w/ SvelteKit endpoints I can even turn my BFFs into real APIs. And it's trivial to

For some reason I find it more appalling that out of any police department, the SFPD would do such a thing. Maybe I'm biased by the # of tech savvy people that live there? Wouldn't the technicians running these at least have the t

Does tailwind expose their "settings" as CSS vars / props? IMO that would make tailwind very similar to this project, as well as lets you set everything on a more granular level in CSS, rather than relying on the config files

Coming from UX and game design, so many app designers try to "gamify" things like running, lifting, and cleaning. Adding gamification adds a short-lived hedonic happiness hit that doesn't last very long. Sometimes we'll

I've worked with all three frameworks, but as a mostly single dev/engineer I very very much prefer Svelte because it lacks a lot of boilerplate that React has, and it's easier to think about than Vue's clunky way to writ
