Why though ? Specially since covid, I don't see why knowledge workers can't just follow their own schedule, subject to constraints such as "meeting at x" of course. This is an attitude more than anything I'd say, th

That's a great idea. I've been doing this just to rationalize my laziness, but now it makes sense. However, I'm not sure those are valid forever as you can simply delete the .git folder, can't you?

They shouldn't exist if the null hypothesis hold true, so this is evidence against the null hypothesis, aka the official history. This shouldn't surprise you neither, but that depends on your null hypothesis ;)

You can improve your chances of success by avoiding phrases such us: > It is a PoC built in my own time cause I don't have time/money or a project. That sounds like a complain, which might motivate others not to listen to you

The question is how will a group of people decide their own key performance measures. Different groups have different KPIs either intrinsically or some statistic, e.g. PDG, ESG indicators, Real return, etc. If your only or main KPI ignores

I agree, however I'm not sure of how far you can get in probability theory without set theory. For instance, I recall my stats prof defining a lot of sets in class, e.g. sigma algebras.

It looks like the safer way to vote is avoiding technology, which I find a bit counterintuitive even though many countries rely on paper and people counting, I've even done it once (forced by law). I don't know how wrong I might b

I second the op, it's hard to just be homeless when it gets freezing cold. Put differently, if I had to choose a place to be homeless, I'd start by choosing a place with good weather, that's a (hypothetical) fact.

Yeah GitHub/TypeScript kinda don't count. I have an ignorant question though : do people use c# or f# in a non-windows system, by choice ? Otherwise, wouldn't that be a self fulfilling need ? Edit: typo
