If you saw last weeks comments you would think it was a homeless, drug crazed, criminal. One of the tops comments stated, with authority, it was someone homeless. And how the cops were not going to do anything about it.

Watch how fast this falls out of the news cycle because it doesn’t align with America’s view of San Francisco. So far I’ve heard it was: a homeless person, a junkie, mentally ill, violent criminal common to San Francisco. Part of me felt th

BEVs almost never need new brakes. Regenerative braking means you rarely use the brake. There are only two times the actual physical brakes are applied: high speed deceleration and parking. And if you're doing the former that frequentl

You want to tell that to the Advanced Auto Parts, Pep Boys, Autozones of the world? That their business model in a few years is going to be rotating/changing tires and topping off wiper fluids? ICE cars (including modern ones) require

The vast majority of the world don’t need a car at all. My problem isn’t with the the transition vehicles like PHEV. It’s the fact that Toyota doesn’t seem to have any strategy at all. None of the Japanese car mfgs have a ZEV strategy and 2

I think the practical rule is if you don't want to get stabbed don't go to areas where stabbings happen. And generally, this tends to be true almost everywhere in the world. The fact that this happens in an area not particular hig

The government made a contract and now they want to change the terms. "You pay into this fund now and we'll pay you back at 55....60....62....." What you don't do is change the terms without consulting with the constitue

I think you have Blackrock confused with Blackstone. A slightly different hedge fund that is heavily invested in REIT. This is quite a common occurrence and even I get them confused.

It took longer than I thought. Amazon bought TBD over a decade ago. I figured they would have snuffed them out years ago. It was a sad day when they got bought by Amazon. Good luck to the team.
