I disagree. They don't need to go up. Money will keep exchanging hands, which is all that's needed for a living economy, despite what interest rates are. Housing prices will always inflate to the level where people can barely pay

That's not true if you sell stock to maintain a certain equity to debt ratio. If you use leverage in the S&P 500 then you have much a faster growth rate, so in the long term it's still better.

You can make even more money in the long run if you use leverage to bet on the S&P 500. If you don't believe me, do the math out.

If you want to trip out, just take a lot of cough syrup (DXM) and a lot of Benadryl (DPH). You can buy both over the counter. You don't need LSD. https://psychonautwiki.org/wiki/DXM_%26_DPH_in_combination

One time when I was an intern, I got screamed at by an old-timer technician when he found out I connected a few computers in a lab room to the Internet. Because an Internet connection causes viruses.

In my opinion, you can only value tech companies relative to each other, because as a whole their price/earnings ratios are all too high. For example, if you sum the value of the entire solar power industry, you get roughly the value o

I disagree. Recursion makes a stack trace that should be 10 functions deep into one that's 1000 functions. It's difficult to debug and follow the code around, or even to understand the code if someone else wrote it. Also recursive
