There's a list of functions it supports here: https://github.com/Khan/KaTeX/wiki/Function-Support-in-KaTeX Most inline math is done, but we're missing a bunch of individual symbols (see CONTRIBUTING

We're not compatible yet, but we're working on it! In the meantime, you can fallback to MathJax on things we don't support. That way, most things can be rendered fast, and anything super complicated gets special treatment. We

Yep! Also, ignore the IE 8 data on that page, there was a fluke with IE 8's .innerHTML. You can see http://jsperf.com/katex-vs-mathjax/2 for a version that IE 8 supports.

We're using the similar fonts to what MathJax uses (ours have some slight changes in spacing), but we do our own layout calculations to be much faster.

Not quite yet, but we're working on it. There are some significant features that KaTeX doesn't yet support, but we're working to add them in the near future. In the meantime, you could use our TeX React component to use KaTeX

It looks like they did try that, and it moved faster: > “When the robot is undamaged, our approach yields dynamic gaits that are 30% faster than the classic reference gait,” say Cully and co. However, there don't appear to be videos

Just click the edit button next to "uncategorized", and select a category. You can edit and add tags as well if you'd like.

Interestingly, PDFs actually do contain an embedded programming language in them, a subset of PostScript. [1] PostScript, meanwhile, is actually Turing complete with conditionals and loop structures inside of it. [2] I'd argue that mak

You could use Chromium, the open-source version of Chrome. It comes without flash, which needs to be explicitly installed to make flash work. Not sure what OS you use, but this is what I do on Linux.

Well, then McDonalds can offer more money to work there. Obviously, McDonalds wants to stay in business, so it has to offer up some incentive to get people to work for them. If they offer enough money, there will certainly be people who wou

The Tom's hardware one bugs me the most. For anyone who (thankfully) hasn't seen it yet, you get it by scrolling to the bottom of one of their question-and-answer posts, soon after the last answer (and it doesn't make it very

Not (entirely) true at all! Someone reverse-engineered most of the Airplay protocol, so you could (if you wrote software to do it) do the same stuff on Windows/Linux/Etc: http://nto.github.io/AirPlay.html For vide

The answer to your question is probably "no". However, most of the discussion was in reference to the stack ranking at Microsoft, where people's pay was being determined by how well they were ranked by their peers. If you wer

In C++ it's fairly common to be calling begin() and end() on containers, where in Python it's not common to call next(), you let the for loop handle it. It's reasonable to rename a function to something ugly when you're

Presumably the fun part comes from the Final Fantasy aspects of it, and not from the football aspects of it. Min-maxing can be very fun by itself, regardless of the subject at hand.

Just wanted to point out that the weird "hiding the address bar" thing isn't as bad as you describe (the behavior you talk about might have existed in one of the betas, but trying on my iPhone now it seems to be gone). Instea

They host their code on github. If you scroll about 100 pixels down, they say that. I'm not sure whether that's still okay (the not linking part) but they're not just randomly using github images.
