I love how AI apologists trip over themselves to explain away deficiencies in GPT and explain how it will “get better with time”. Sorry, it won’t. This might even be peak GPT. Training data comes from human content, and currently there is d

I would only use this if they agree to let me leave my phone out in front face up so I can show off all the notifications I constantly get and let people who enter the venue see how important I must be.

I could build that meal for a little over $2 without all the crap and preservatives McDonalds pumps into their food. Cheap food isn’t unhealthy. Rice, vegetables, chicken, it’s all cheap. People just aren’t used to calculating these costs.

Given that there’s an obesity epidemic in the United States, we would benefit long term from such high food inflation IMO. It will force people to reach for cheaper, healthier options, or simply go without food and use up their fat stores.

This guy was wrong about Amazon and he’s wrong again about LLMs. Being wrong once doesn’t mean you’re more likely to be right later. Let me tell you something, I’d rather write code than review code. Reviewing code is very draining, writing

The real danger will start when one day an AI emerges that is somehow able to crack any encryption in polynomial time, through methods obfuscated to us by its neural network. And if this model somehow becomes widely available, the tech worl

Once a company moves off the cloud, it’s a sign they are done growing. They are now at a plateau where they are pinching pennies trying to keep costs as low as possible because revenue isn’t growing like it used to and they no longer have a
