How replaceable is that person? If they are a normal business admin they are very replaceable. So you don't have to make life easy for them unless they can justify the cost of doing so. How busy are they? If you have a 1 EFT position f

> Cost is a business problem. It is a constraint I 100% agree. What I'm trying to get across is that you have to identify the cost to justify the performance tuning. If the cost of the tuning is greater than the cost incurred by not

In this case you have massive scale so a small amount of developer time can equate to a big reduction in CPU cycles. Those are the constraints you work with. Those are the business problems you are solving. So yes this was justified. It was

But how much does that matter? If you're scaling to 1000s of users then yes. If you have a GUI for a monthly task that two administrators use, then no. The less something gets used the longer the payback time on the initial development

I think the difference between dumbbell and barbell is just preference often based on the time you've put into each. My dumbbell press is pathetic due to a lack of training. I think lifting for the looks is part of it. I've also r

Yeah they're a good example of the upper end of what you can achieve as a natural lifter. Today's steroid fueled gym buffs trick young guys into thinking they can get huge by natural means. That is simply not true for 99.999% of t

Bench is much less effort than other exercises and it produces quick results. Most guys hate leg days. The effort is extreme, chest day is the easy day.
