Thanks for the link. I can't find the link to the WWDC presentation, but it was about the introduction of the same multi touch system he talked about in the talk you mentioned.

The actual trial is not gonna happen any time soon, this is only for an emergency injunction to stop Apple from cutting Epic access to Apple Development tools. Watching the whole thing it's likely Fortnite will be off the App Store for

I do agree and I want the App Store to change, I personally have been rejected many times for random reasons by Apple. But we must be pragmatic and realize users don't care, and as long as Apple can sell iPhone and services to users, t

I'm simply replying to GP's point about the legality of Apple's action. Until a court found Apple's action is against the laws, or new laws are written to make it so, Apple is free to operate the store as is. Tim Cook ta

Because the gov should not control what a private business could do unless it's against the laws? The debate is whether Apple is a monopoly, until we conclude that Apple should be able to run their store as they see fit. Personally I w

All at the same time? Yeah. One app at a time? Just a chance for their competitors to gain ground. And I would bet anything all the companies you listed would do the same thing if they were in Apple’s position.

You can also buy vbucks outside of the App Store and use them on your iOS devices. I’m not sure what’s the distinction here.

You gotta see it from the other sides too. Vietnam had a strong standing army and took over a sovereign country, not that they had many choices, but that made the whole South East Asia uncomfortable. Who would be next? Thailand? Malaysia? S

Vietnam for the most part stopped the anti-America propaganda in the nineties. Sure, everyone learns about the American war in the history books, but they're also exposed to the huge amount of movies, tv shows and music from America. V
