It'd be nice to see some benchmarks to compare the before vs after on the perf gains in the Faster by default heading. Love the work though; having beautifully crafted options like Hanami around is a joy.

Possibly in a few years from now we'll get actual data about how many outages we've seen or how much have x services degraded, overlapped with the push for "AI everywhere".

How can a company this big fail so hard in what one would consider their main* product still baffles me. *Yes, they probably make more revenue in Azure or Office365 licenses but at least when I think “Microsoft” I immediately think Windows.
