I fucking hate this so much. Honestly Go isn't a bad language, but I dunno why these kind of things just piss me off.

I've already "completed" (and loved) nand2tetris. Would Code still be good to read?

by xmonkee 4y ago
YES! I've introduced ts-to-zod into my codebase only yesterday, and it's served my needs exactly. It doesn't handle generics or mapped types, but that's a fair price to pay. It also works the other way, you can define a

I am loving this. Just created my first blog post. 1) Lists and Prose seem identical. Is there an actual difference? 2) Is there a way to actually just paste in pastes.sh? Like, without having to create a local file. I guess I can do a FIFO

First of all, very impressive :) I AM a techie and I would never have come up with this solution, because I would have become obsessed with how the software knows it's running another instance and trying to hack that. Second of all, &g

Is there an app that can alert me when I'm in a tick-infested area? I don't think about ticks living in CA and I'm deadly afraid of being on a vacation and going on a hike and getting bit.

Sure, even with a union, warehouse workers won't make millions, but a union is not going to demand that either. With collective bargaining, the salary discrepancy will become a lot less disgraceful.
