The only dream feature missing is a smaller trackpad. Doesn’t have to be as small as the 2015 one, but it should have more bezel so I don’t bump it accidentally like now. Unless you have huge hands, the current size is unwarrented.

I agree that this is not a solved problem. I even reviewed all the GTD apps some time ago. None fit perfectly my understanding of GTD. This individual aspect might be a challenge for a product solution, but still worth trying imho.

There was a simple system for this with bottles: There is a premium which you pay, that is returned when you correctly dispose of the bottle. Perhaps a similar mechanism could be applied. The “cost” of disposing is then the time to get the

This is a fact. A false positive is much more costly to a company than a false negative (this is also why we allow candidates to reapply).

Every article like this should mention that observation can only show correlation, but cannot prove causation. I personally do believe causation is more likely here, but I cannot be sure based on the study.

Based on the Satellite video it looks like the US is the only place on the planet coding more during the night than during the day.

It’s encouraging that others have been contemplating this idea - I have been too. For me the key is that content can come every day, but it is delayed based on it’s importance. So instead of Sunday news printing something that happened Satu

Good web design and content. This is useful. It's mostly basics but even those can be very helpful to have on a single page. Thanks for the resource!

Much more important than price for me is comfort. These are whopping 50% heavier than Sony MXs, which I already rarely use because of the weight on the top of my head. The mesh looks like a definite improvement (the Sony’s top cushion gets

Nice idea, but the “rules” change between levels - I imagine that’d be super confusing to the learners. Given this is from a university and it has hopefully gone through some form of user research, the fact this works is quite surprising. (

I’ve been thinking about how extremes are practically never good (perhaps except for this rule?), for anything in life. This is a great example.

It’s appealing to impose some structure. You can still write paragraphs, one for each list item. I like to write related paragraphs as a nested bullet item. It helps scanning the content later.

I think healthy optimism is good. I am with you that tech advancement is awesome. That wrist watch is very impressive. Yet its benefits over a 1900 pocket watch are not exactly on par with the benefits of a 1970s airplane over the benefits

Unless those tracks are covered and sound proof, elevated highways cause a ton of noise. Even if they were, they block a lot of sunlight. I’d elevate the city instead. That’s essentially Manhattan.
