In my experience, the best short term rentals are the local places that are priced competitively with WeWork. Second best is WeWork and the absolute dog shit is Regus. I used them for a short period and they liked putting you in what was es

Saw this with a bunch of niche things here in LA. There was this cool welding non-professional welding space that closed down due to covid. I hope something replaces it soon

I'm in the same boat with you. I want a truck or SUV to replace my 2003 LX470 (Land Cruiser) but aside from the body on frame construction, I really need a 500 mile battery. The 320 mile EPA extended range lightning loses about 64 mile

The only time I was drug testing was when I was hired to work at a gas transmission pipeline company and I felt that was a totally reasonable request.

Because humans can't exist in a state of panic forever. We eventually fall into a new normal even if it's detrimental for us. > See: People having tea during during a long, drawn out war.

I've never used K8s in my life but if you have to deal with downtime, I'd question the use of K8s when I can do it the old and busted way.

I've never been able to remember which time we're in so I always just use the two character version. It's not like it actually matters except when planning a meeting after a transition will occur.

If you've ever had edamame, I would almost rank them as cousins. I personally find Cajun boiled peanuts to be way better but they scratch the same itch

I was ready to go to blows over how my home in Appalachia is home to a true food culture that is unique as far as US contributions go. Then the author mentioned BBQ so I guess they get a pass. People always seem to forget us but we really d
