It's definitely not a bad idea to study PHP. That being said, I tend to think learning anything is a good idea (even a bad language would teach you something valuable). It would seem you're definitely conscious of the disdain towa

So, if you're running a... time management tool, let's say it's just a todo list. Then you create another tool, a time tracker so you can log your hours on your todo items. You should force them to sign up for it in order to

It was firsthand. I'm not entirely sure how many people were invited to the call. They talked about the hackathon (mostly marketing stuff). In the QA afterward they were asked some details about teams (if everyone had to be there, etc)

Yeah, we knew this was going to happen after hearing that. We should have just aborted, but decided to be hopeful that it would be tastefully handled. I guess that was too much to hope for.

I kind of don't want them to have my code anymore. Since they didn't even consider it for the competition, I feel like they don't have fair use to have it on their servers.

Except for the hackathon, but that kind of ended up being a little sketchy IMO. Otherwise, they didn't do much other than throw out cheesy marketing phrases "at the speed of sales" "internet of customers" etc etc
