As a former tertiary educator (for a brief moment, before I decided academia wasn't my thing), that's how open book exams are set; the assumption is you have knowledge of the subject, and the books are there for you to verify and

Someone explain to me why is this any different to HFT bots trawling the web and reacting in microseconds to any adverse "news" about Boeing? ("news", since I'm not in that industry and don't know if they only

I have worn the cold avenger (just google, it should be in the top 10 hits) in the south and north polar areas, and for high altitude. It's surprising how warm the air gets, I actually had to take it off at times whilst working hard.

Another counterpoint, I have that same not-suspending-thus-cooking-in-my-bag issue often with a thinkpad P14s running windows 10 (intel i7-1270p) . However, my (5+ yrs old?) T480s running linuxmint never does it (i5-8250u). YMMV

I would say that plaintext is correct. if password "secret123" is sent to you, it doesn't matter if it was sent via carrier pigeon, locked up in a secure briefcase and delivered by someone driving an aston martin, or via a TL

Why is it hard to believe? In a group of my professional peers (about 12 people), there's one pilot (to be clear, one person who has a pilots license, and flies regularly). Just like there are also rock climbers, mountaineers, weight

Is this Mr Bates vs the Post Office? Worth watching? I am just finishing up the latest season of The Crown, and was looking for some other british docudrama to watch (sometimes it's nice to watch a show without a mandated sex scene,

That happened to me in iceland. I wanted to get to this famous black sand beach, and maps sent me to a cliff ACROSS the sea from it, with the intention that I would then descend ~30m vertically down a cliff, and drive across the sea, to ge

Obliterated was universally panned by critics. But so have many shows which were panned in their era, and are now considered classics. So would you recommend watching it?

Based on the synopsis, I expected to NOT like Breaking Bad, but Bryan Cranston's performance was superb. I will never be able to see another Los Pollos Hermanos with a straight face again.

It's great, it's finally weaned me from mindlessly trawling youtube when I'm bored. I wonder if this is what Google intended, or if statistics will show less engagement on youtube?
