I was delighted when they changed it from "always ask" to "show by default." Like I said, Gmail never puts spam through to me, so it saves me clicks.

That's interesting, I never get spam in my inbox in Gmail, but my "spam folder" is constantly full. I wonder if gmail makes these spam emails appear as if they're "inboxing" to the spammers.

The value of Google's automated processing of images can't be understated. Last year I uploaded roughly 50,000 photos to Google, which was every photo I had taken since 2006. Google automatically created albums for every vacation

Can you expand a little on how the article said the identification worked? It says it takes a set of pixels, does this patch of pixels get stored? How big is it? If it's stored, how is it protected? Is it encrypted at rest? I have a Vi

Can you recommend a 50" 1080p tv that isn't "smart"? I've been shopping for a new one and I strongly suspect they don't exist.

The only things you can't play at home without spending a lot of money are the games that require dance pads, racing wheels, or light guns. That's why those fill modern arcades. Anyone can get a fight stick and MAME if they'r

Google Voice has been rolled into Fi now (when you transfer your number into Fi, it becomes a google voice number). I think Google Voice has a few more years in it at the very least.

I have Plex Media Player as a non-steam game, and used the configurator so that the UI is entirely navigable with a standard Xbox One or Steam controller. So it's doable.

It doesn't need to be that thick or that wide even. Consider the Magnus EN1080 [1]. It's a bit taller than a mac mini, has an i7 and a GTX 1080. It's got the liquid cooling you seem keen on too. I believe this is the future o
