They aren't cloning shit though. They are getting single ECDSA private key after six thousand operations or something.

I think Western media should stop calling Xi Jinping President. I'd understand it if people were calling him that in China, but they obviously don't. It's ceremonial role anyway, real power comes from CCP and title of Preside

You're joking, but I don't think I will be running Windows without uwfmgr.exe aka Unified Write Filter if I ever decide to use it as my main OS again. More people should be aware of it. It's only for Enterprise editions, but

Eh, I sort of ignored the plug at the end. It's not really what the issue is about, completely different scale.

IPv6 is basically on mobile providers shoulders right now, in my opinion. At some point it will go from opt-in to required, and later from required to the only option. And while it's not like mobile users use old sites much, but if yo

You can get 'surplus' HP P410 from Ali or Ebay, they are cheap and work just fine. Always was told that you can't beat hardware RAID and now that they are available people don't seem to be interested. Just looking at it

Man you guys are laughable, brandishing one wiki page like it's one true source. But nevermind that, several older ones were presented to you and crickets. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Close_to_Metal https:/

Even Apple named their API Metal in reference to existing phrases like "running close to the metal" back in 2014 and even then it raised some eyebrows in my opinion, but that usage is still miles better than basically saying you&#

If you mean something like runV which runs Linux kernel in a lightweight VM still then how does that move the needle in the bare-metal direction exactly?

Point here is that term bare-metal cannot apply to applications relying on OS features. Unikernels are the closest thing you can use this term in this area.
