Ahh I thought it was Native Instruments - music production is a lot like graphical programming in some sense: you perform a bunch of mathematical operations on sound data by turning knobs, dragging waveforms and drag-and—dropping snippets

It depends a little on how you arrange those files, but with UnixFS (the standard way to arrange them?) the files contents are arranged into a merkle DAG, so any shared files (and indeed chunks thereof) between the two versions would remain

Is there a reason why such AIs can’t offload to stockfish? To me the max power of AI could be achieved when it knows when to hand off to a better tool - is it a matter of ChatGPT not knowing what doesn’t know or simply the devs haven’t int

I dunno about OP, but you can get home roasting machines that look a bit like a submarine that you throw the beans in and leave to roast. They’re not super cheap, but in the order of the price of a good grinder or coffee machine and confer

SC2 had a custom game list, but the UI for finding it and joining the games was godawful. I played a handful of custom games that were pretty fun: zealot football and aiur chef were great

Ahh good memories - I played a lot to aim_ag_texture2 and it was a very similar layout. I liked that it was small and good for quick rounds or something practice , but not quite the carnagefest of fy_iceworld or aim_map

In essence, bank accounts are somewhat pointless in the modern age. Banks are all required to provide the same service (more or less) and waste a shitton of money to make it happen and be regulated for it. Obviously getting rid of consumer

IPFS is an open protocol à la BitTorrent and not about selling storage; Filecoin is about selling storage. There are S3/Dropbox-like solutions on top of Filecoin. I’ve not deeply researched the economics of them, but some of them have

I‘m sure the assistants were happy to earn some easy, casual money - far more demeaning or difficult jobs pay a lot worse. One assistant expressed interest in the experiment and honestly I’d have been open to helping a friend do this for sc

IPFS is a great spiritual successor to BitTorrent and I think gets unfairly lumped in with crypto projects. Content-based addressing has already been shoehorned into traditional web architecture (e.g. hashing your dependencies for CDN compa
