I'm surprised no ones talking what a betrayal this is for people who followed Sam and Greg. Microsoft is the opposite of everything they've talked about for years and here they are. Seems like the board had the right idea about th

Honestly, it feels like OpenAI is not taking the copyright trolls* very seriously for this to be the case. I don't think US has the luxury to set this dangerous AI precedent. * You can disagree but no copyright lawsuit by mega corporat

It's trully is disturbing that some people have this constantly on their minds while (presumably) living in developed countries where 600$ meme-device is a thing and that's why they wouldn't get it.

Another great alternative is JSONPath[1] which unfortunately not as widely supported and known despite being brilliant! It's inspired by XPath so it's very familiar instead of a complete new DSL. The killer feature imo is the recu

You can do the opposite since the inception of robots.txt: User-agent: * Disallow: / and then whitelist google bot and whatnot. Most of the web is already configured this way. Just check robots.txt of any major website, e.g. https:&#x

Is this open web in the room with us? Cheekiness aside, the myth of beautiful open web always seems to be exagerated. Most content on the web is already generated, ugly and spammy. Most of the traffic is already owned by mega corporations.
