I can't say if a TRNG has a better chance, but I don't think I'm leaping too far to say a broken, predictable RNG has a _worse_ chance of winning.

Fedora and centos are effectively the same OS with different release goals. You should be able to do anything on either unless you need truly cutting edge.

Honest question, what are commercial interruptions like in India? Here in the US it's almost unbearable once you get used to Netflix/SVOD. Streaming has permanently changed what I'm willing to watch and commercials are a kill
