Was being given opioids for chronic pain (nerve pain from autoimmune). but not consistently, so I'd often run out. I was constantly pushing doctors to try alternate treatments so I can deal with actual issue rather then take pain meds.

Initial state is loaded via fixtures or whatever. (slow and expensive) Transaction is started. Run Test 1 Transaction rolled back. (quick) Test 2 can be run without the expensive fixtures. Repeat for all tests.
