That is why SCOTUS allows dissenting opinions. Sometimes we just don't get it right the first time around and it is good to have a record of what we could have done better. But I'll be damned if I'm wrong on the internet!

My experience with Wikipedia has been hit or miss. Sometimes I'll find an older article and fix it up a bit and it will stay. Other times I get my edit reverted by an over zealous neck beard who can't handle being wrong on the internet. I d

Remember the 911 logs released by Wikileaks and all the AIDS medication alerts; time to take your medicine? Hope one day there is a cure, but until then, I am glad we live in a society that fights to see these thing gone.

Logs are critical for this tracing to work, without them the trail ends. I was looking over Bitcoin Faucet and it does appear that, at least, they log all ip address. Then I made my way to http://blockexplorer.com and was able to trace al

That is interesting, but the trail is still there; i.e. the block chain we are following as it never changes. It's not the transferring them from BC wallet to BC wallet that I'm worried about, but the cashing out for fiat.

Bing has made huge strides in their search and mapping system. I love it. However, for what ever reason, I still do my searches via Google. Microsoft Ad center was also a walk in the park compared to Google Adsense. I am a novice though.

I agree. I really like playing with translation software as the web does not speak one language. There are, however, loads of free alternative but they are a bit harder to plug into.

When, or if, any LulzSec member get caught. Well, I don't want to think about it. It's also interesting that they are using BitCoin. Say they try to cash out a block chain donated/given to them that was mined by a known IP; honeypot. Then w

Hemingway is another great example of an author who used "simple" language. As a side note, Mark Twain’s “Plan for the Improvement of English Spelling” is a good read/[1] [1] http://christopherwoodall.com/blog/?x=entry:entry101221-0220...

There are a lot of raw resources that we have excess of; some call it reserve. To try and explain the reason gold is so much is a ridiculous task. Practical uses(better than copper in some applications) and non-practical uses(it looks good

Take Macs for example. The hardware does not warrant the price tag; same for the OS. Most of it is marketing and perceived/symbolic value(I'll use these terms interchangeable). Gold gets its value from many sources. Gold is expensive not on

I'm not that intelligent, but a few folks on the BC forums and other places have brought up some great points: 1. Government shutdown 2. BitCoins P2P network is very vulnerable to denial of service attacks; ones that actually cost money! 3.
