   This is really impressive. I think part of the issue building the 'metaverse', is that content generation is just so incredibly labour-intense. I think visual AI generation and this kind of tech will really help a ton.

   They don't work quite the same way. The finger clips shine through the entire finger. The illuminator is on one side and the sensor on the other. The wrist-based sensors rely on reflections through the skin which is a lot more iffy.

   This is not unique to the SCD40 series. This applies also to NDIR based sensors. They also need to 'see' outside air on a weekly basis. It's just the way CO2 sensing tech works.

   I use an adblocker of course, but Google's top results are basically paid ads. An adblocker doesn't block them because they come from google themselves. You can just pay google to be on the top for certain search terms, regardless
