You can't execute a Flatpak bundle directly. You need to install it, then run it. Try: flatpak install --user Downloads/nyxt.flatpak flatpak run engineer.atlas.Nyxt

It was based on Telepathy https://telepathy.freedesktop.org/ . None of the built-in backends for XMPP, SIP, Skype and cellular calls used libpurple. (A libpurple-based backend could be installed from the community app repo.)

Vault – https://getvau.lt/ – is basically the same idea, taken much further: it lets you control the character classes used in the generated password, and the command-line version can save per-site settings if you choose.
