Enterprise at LAX has kiosks but every time I try to use one I end up having to go to the counter anyway. Possibly due to using a business travel agent but I'm not sure. I think Hertz has a VIP feature for frequent renters where they c

My favorite as well. I don't have time to get through the whole thing every week but I do feel much better informed after reading it and it allows me to spare the vicious contempt that U.S. cable news has.

Like any bank account you're never going to be able to completely purge that data. The financial institution needs to keep the records not just for compliance (potential audit situations) but because all of your transactions did occur

If you can spare an hour I highly recommend listening to this talk that Tom Kelley of IDEO gave on innovation and identifying problems as part of Stanford's Entrepreneurial Thought Leaders program: http://ecorner.stanford.ed

I've been working on a series of content with this exact same title but it looks like it will have a different slant. I always get something of value out of all of Patrick's content over the years and this is no exception. Getting

Thanks. Will probably wait for LastPass to release the firefox plugin for 57 then. Will check Bitwarden again in a few months.

I'm not in love with LastPass so am curious as to what you don't like about Bitwarden?

What is your sales process going to look like? Figure out your requirements and it will make your search easier. I really like Close.io for cold outbound sales. If you're doing social media then maybe look at Nimble. As someone else s

This was something I had mentioned on Twitter and Reddit off and on over the past couple of years. Too many times Ticketmaster's website craps out when tickets for a high demand concert go on sale. The way Amazon handles Black Friday w

I wasn't aware of Fox Sports' pivot to video until I tried to go read some Ken Rosenthal articles while killing time at the airport last week. Now everything is repurposed content from their shows. While I understand the move I do

I had no idea Leanpub changed their pricing. I haven't earned $100 from any of my books on there (and roughly half have all proceeds going to the EFF) so I'm going to be checking this out as well.
