Are there any stats on how many people do that? It seems me the only way it could be true that Apple mail has far more users than outlook/live/hotmail is if the former tend to be associated with custom domains.

I couldn't recall ever noticing anyone use an icloud.com address as their primary personal email address, though searching through my inbox it has cropped up once or twice. Actually my sister did use one briefly in 2018.

Arguably WYSIWYG engraving software only exists to provide a workable user experience (vs editing lilypond or god forbid musicxml notation in a text editor). Having worked a fair bit on it and as a regular user of it I'm only too aware

How would that not be confusing to non-English speakers? Or even to English speakers when it inevitably gets truncated trying to fit "12 September 2023" in a field originally designed to show 6 or 8 digits...

I don't have any problem with it not being OOP, but I do have a problem with the abuse of the concept of a "class". I also think it's rarely the ideal way to organise your code (even if the .NET core framework has examp

The usual reason is that if you actually require a disk-based DB to exist to run your tests it affects a) how easy it is to run them (e.g. on a CI build agent that's probably a light weight container with minimal software installed etc

You've never seen Java (or C#) code where a bunch of unrelated functions belong to some meaningless class like "Utility"? I do think both languages would benefit from allowing/ encouraging namespace-level functions (C# c

It's exactly because of your point 1 (those with a stake in the future of the system) that I'm somewhat in favour of lowering the voting age, and making voting non- compulsory (I'm in Australia) for those over retirement age.
