I've been using a Mac full time for a little over a year. I'd agree fully with you on the full screen going to a separate desktop. Extremely annoying. However, you can switch desktops with control + right/left arrow. No need

iPad Mini fits (barely) in my pants pocket when I'm wearing my baggy cargo pants. Also would go around nicely in a bag. There's a variety of keyboard cases for it. Including hinged ones with trackpads which turn it into a tiny lap

That was a nice feature of the Atari 800. Reset button is off to the side away from the keyboard. With little plastic risers / borders above and below it to further reduce the chance of accidentally hitting it. Even though I was a very

We have something very close to national legalization right now. Fortunately, it seems to be flying under the radar so red state legislatures aren't acting against it. By "legalization", I'm talking mostly about THC edib

These are the numbers we know. I can't assess the numbers we don't know. That's why I was careful to use the words "possible" and "not sure if this is true". I wasn't trying to be misleading. I fully

If you want to call Sam a liar, be my guest. But it's his claim. Plus the $24 million from Ryan is documented. If Sam isn't lying, then that's 40 million + 24 million = 64 million to Republicans. Which is more than the roughl

There's a similar selection of electric vehicles at Alibaba. I'm a little tempted by the electric truck on offer. On my rural property, it might actually be useful. Even if not useful, would be fun to drive around. It's not s

I fully understand. I do much of the same. Work from home. Keep the fan on at all times for the noise. Have one monitor playing content-less videos on a loop. For me personally, train cab ride videos and asmr massage do the trick. There

I hope an RPG designer read your joke. I'd love to see a "transmute eyeballs to gold" alchemical recipe show up. Would be hilarious. Especially in an MMORPG where it's crucial to their bottom line to keep players' a

You could come close to a proper dark mode, but would fall short. That's with using the color scheme editor in the control panels. I wasted too much time back in '98 trying to make a proper dark mode. Not that we called it that ba

You are correct. There was no OOTB dark mode in 1998. I remember it well because I wasted some time every now and then trying to make one using the appearance control panel. It was frustrating because I could come very close to a universal

For anyone who wants a Factorio-like on iOS, there's a great game called Builderment. It's not as complex as Factorio but it does get rather involved. Works well with touch and even works well on the smaller screens of iPhones.
