Facebook showed me “what I’m missing” on Threads the other day and it was literally pages of pictures of women and “Netflix and Chill?” Not a single real person, or maybe I’ve just really underestimated my worth on the market and young sing

When you consider the Gorilla in the room, it makes more sense. Google is absolutely terrified of a repeat of classifying black people as great apes. [0] Apparently this apprehension is so great that both iOS and Android have an inability t

Do people still let their TVs connect to the internet? I had to factory reset my LG tv to get it to stop trying to connect to the WiFi. I’ve also got a block using my router, since my wife connected it to watch PLEX at one point, and it upd

Hah, true story, I had a college history professor who went on a screed about Pulp Fiction and how it was nihilistic and obscene and that Tarantino would make the world a better place by just offing himself. He said he believed the film and

I dunno, it's certainly worked with Denuvo for me. If a single player game comes out and I really want it, I'll check torrent sites, then buy it if it isn't on there. Without Denuvo the stuff shows up like, 20 minutes after i

Yes, but if you check out what's available to a consumer right now, you have 18TB and 20TB drives, which are about $10 per terabyte, then 22TB jumps to $13+ per terabyte. If you insist on 24TB, you're looking at $23+, so more than

I just used my old PC when I got a new one, use that as my NAS/torrent box with vpn, and kept buying HDDs for it. I'm up to 45TB but it never really "hurt", as I just buy a new drive when things feel tight. At this point

It’d be way cooler if some super fan could go all Hunger Games and send $10,000 to give the Running Back a bean bag gun or something. I’d watch that.

Depends on where you live. In my city in the Midwest, some people tried to push three shopping carts of merchandise out of a TJ Maxx, drove into a cop car that was trying to stop them, then drove down the highway toward the police HQ (I’m g
